Right: Judgment of the revolutionary tribunal: it declares Paul Marat innocent and orders him to be freed immediately.

Bottom: immortal defender of the people and their rights, he overthrew the nobles and the monarchy, founded equality upon the king’s fall out of Civic Virtue—let us offer him laurels.
